Front of House Associate positions available at Hudson location

Main Street Cupcakes is looking to grow our team. We are currently hiring 2 front of house team members at our Hudson location. (4-5 shifts a week, including weekends AND a weekend only position) These are not  seasonal positions. We are looking for permanent employees.  Please specify which position you are applying for please. 

Main Street Cupcakes finds it’s success in two parts. One, by serving a menu of cupcakes that boasts unparalleled recipe creativity. Two: by providing exceptional customer service and the friendliest of atmospheres for our customers.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: (in no particular order)
Provide exemplary customer service 
Shifts: 9:00am-5:00pm Tuesday-Sundays
Serving cupcakes
Assisting with kitchen duties (lining cupcake plans, making boxes, and general clean up)
Payment processing on a Point of Sale system
Answering phone calls, and taking orders
Assist with large scale event and wedding set ups
Assisting during in-store parties
Occasional deliveries, and help with shipping
Special projects

Musts
Available for weekend hours of operation (no exceptions) 
Previous customer service experience, and references
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Energetic, Outgoing, and friendly nature
Flexible when it comes to what hours you can be scheduled (BIG MUST!)  

 Preferred

A customer of Main Street Cupcakes, or knowledge of the company
Exceptional Multi-tasker
Sweet tooth :)
