Mel's Banana Split Cupcake from Main Street Cupcakes

This almost too cute to eat cupcake was named after one of the first gals to work for Main Street Cupcakes, Melissa! It's our Vanilla cake baked with pineapples, and bananas. Then topped with both vanilla and strawberry buttercreams and garnished with a fudge drizzle. A modern take on it's old fashioned ice cream inspiration.
